Is travel insurance required?

Travel insurance is required on all Stampworthy Goods experiences. Travel insurance often covers many aspects of your trip such as medical (because medical insurance in the US does not typically extend to international locations), trip cancellation, trip delay, lost baggage etc. Trip costs are non-refundable.. World Nomad’s provides great coverage at a reasonable rate.

What about visas?

You are responsible for obtaining a visa if needed and covering any visa fees. Visa HQ is a great resource to understand the requirements based on your passport and country you are traveling to.

What if I arrive outside of the complimentary transport times?

Complimentary pickups are provided for travelers that arrive within the date and window of time included on the trip details page. If your flight arrives outside of those times, you may contact Stampworthy in order to obtain contact information for other transport options.

What is your payment policy?

A $500 deposit per person is due at the time of booking to secure your trip. The remaining amount is due 60 days before departure. Failure to make final payment could result in a late fee of $50 and/or cancellation after 10 days.

Cancellations are never fun, but we understand they happen sometimes. Stampworthy Goods highly recommends travel insurance, as they cover many scenarios for cancellation (refer to your specific policy for approved reasons). Stampworthy Goods does not issue refunds in the case of cancellations, all funds are forfeited- this is due to securing reservations locally based on your booking made, and funds are not always recoverable.
