Vintage Bulgarian Chest

Vintage wooden painted chest from the villages in the Rhodope mountains of Bulgaria. Beautiful hand-made and hand-painted chest. It is a very typical piece of furniture for this part of Bulgaria. Usually, these chests were given as wedding presents and were used to keep rugs, blankets, or clothes. This chest is made of solid wood and is in good vintage condition. There are some signs of wear that are consistent with age. Review all photos, all sales final.
