Kneeling Leggy in Terra-cotta. These planters are left raw on the exterior and the interior with drainage holes in the base. Planters are suitable both for indoor and outdoor use. Pieces are built from the artists original slip-cast mold and refined and further articulated with hand-building techniques. As a result of being handmade, slight variations in size, shape and color are inherent. Leggy Planters may also show some 'stubble', 'scars', or 'bumps' after refinement. Terra-cotta takes on character as it ages and may patina over time. I hope you will appreciate the uniqueness of these one of a kind planters.

Priced for the set (both chairs). Hand tiled vintage chairs by Sydney Smith. A great collectors piece. These chairs are Spanish style solid wood from the 1950’s. Spanish tile has been hand cut, placed, and grouted into these chairs creating these two furniture art sculptures. The chairs are very sturdy and able to sit on while still being a remarkable center piece for your space.

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Hi, I’m Eliana, the artist and designer behind my self-named business. I began working with clay in college and fell in love with the medium immediately. I experimented with liquid clay and moldmaking, and loved every part of the process. Since then, most of my work has been made by slipcasting – pouring liquid clay into plaster molds. Working with slip has allowed me to explore new ideas through a variety of techniques.

My current collection features warm desert colors, minimal shapes, handcrafted tiles all adorned with gold details.

I believe that the objects we bring to the table and home are important. That's why I take the time and care to create pieces that will make mealtimes more special, gatherings more meaningful and the home more beautiful, in hopes that you will enjoy each item as much as I enjoy making them.
