Antique United Company "Ta-Bed" Table Bed

Antique United Company "Ta-Bed" Table Bed. The Arts & Crafts table opens to reveal a twin bed frame and springs. Can be used as a desk (with low chair) or console. The "twin" bed frame is actually larger than a twin (see dimensions below). The mattress included is new - a Japanese Tatami mat so that it is able to fold. If desired, you can use a twin mattress separately and fold up the bed without any mattress.

Piece has wear consistent with age, a spot on the inside of the frame (wood) when unfolded that has wear. Frame is spring. The table wood surface has minor signs of wear, this is an antique! It is from the late 1800, however it was built to last. Review all photos. All sales final.
